Come back to yourself.
A practice of movement, breath, meditation and awareness: designed to bring you into deeper relationship with your body, your intuition and your inner life.
KUNDALINI YOGA WITH ESTELLE
I teach through the modality of Kundalini Yoga because it bridges the physical and the subtle.
It works with the body through movement and posture, while also engaging the breath, nervous system, mind and spiritual body through meditation, mantra and other somatic practices.
“For me, it is less about perfecting the body and more about becoming intimate with it ~ learning to listen, to feel, and to recognise the intelligence that exists beneath the noise.”

What to Expect-
Physical postures and repetitive, dynamic movements help build strength, flexibility, circulation, and cultivating awareness in the body.
-
The breath is one of the most direct ways we can influence our physical, mental, and emotional state. In Kundalini Yoga, specific breathing techniques are used to support energy, focus, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness.
-
Kundalini Yoga offers a wide variety of meditation techniques, often incorporating breath, mantra, mudra, visualisation, or focused attention. Through regular practice, meditation can help develop concentration, emotional balance, self understanding, and a deeper connection to your inner guidance.
-
Sound has a powerful effect on the nervous system. Just as certain sounds can create feelings of tension, excitement, or
calm, intentional use of sound can help regulate our internal state and support deeper states of awareness.
In Kundalini Yoga, mantra is used as a tool to focus the mind, regulate the breath, and engage the nervous system through rhythm, repetition, and vibration.
-
Deep relaxation is an essential part of Kundalini Yoga. After movement, breathwork, and meditation, the body is given time to rest and integrate the effects of the practice.
Far from being "just lying down," relaxation allows the nervous system to settle, the mind to soften, and the body to absorb the benefits of what has come before. Many students find this to be one of the most nourishing and transformative parts of class.
Me, as your teacher:
Estelle Thompson
I’m a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and artist with a lifelong connection to movement, conscious living and creative practice.
After growing up practicing Hatha Yoga, I discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2022 and was drawn to its powerful blend of movement, breath, meditation and nervous system awareness. I completed my teacher training in 2024 and continue to deepen my studies through specialised training and lineage-based Kundalini Yoga studies.
“I create warm, grounded spaces to explore the body, mind and inner guidance ~ bringing together embodied practice, nervous system awareness and yogic wisdom.”
I believe profound change doesn’t always require dramatic action. Sometimes, it begins with a single moment of presence.
